The Best DIMSUM in Edmonton!
Dimsum restaurant - Birdnest of Beijing’s - serves the awesome’st dimsum in the city.
Sadly though, they have not been busy lately and therefore not preparing as much dishes as before
But the stuff they usually put out is always good so hopefully they stay in business cause we don’t wanna lose them as our fav. dimsum spot!
Due to my incompetence in Cantonese, I only know the names of some dishes
The rest, I’m just guessing it so don’t blame me if it’s wrong kays
Time for foodie pixxies!

Spare-ribs! - Phai Kuat!

Chicken Feet! - Fong Chau!

Char Siu Pau - The best I’ve had in Edmonton so far! I love how the dough part melts in the mouth right away … ahhh

Pork Dumpling - Chu something?

Beef Tripe - no clue what it’s called in Cantonese

Phai Kuat Fan - I love how the way they cook the rice cause for some reason, it doesn’t taste like normal rice

Some beancurd wrapped thing?

Dumplings!

Fried Tofu stuffed with Shrimps!

Shrimps wrapped in Cheong Fun?

Siu Mai!!

Har Gao - Oh the shrimps inside are so juicy and big!
to people who don’t know what dimsum is or never tried it before … you have NO IDEA what you’re missing out!
