Tasers

What I want to know is - out of all the people who’ve been tasered, how many have actually come to harm? Did the recent anti-taser movement come as a result of the world watching Robert
Dziekanski recieve a fatal taser shock? Does anyone know the facts?

Well, the fatality rate from Tasers is significantly lower than by firearm, and generally does less phyisical harm than a baton.
Good rule: Don’t antagonize a man with a weapon, and within his legal rights to use it.
