Who thinks that the Bookstore here on MacEwan Campas runs an ethical business?
Can we see the financials? Where do the profits go… why do we always need the NEWEST textbook version?

Yah, why are the books so bloody expensive????? And how come book buy back is such a terrible rip-off?? I want answers!!!

I know I spent about 800 my first couple years. Then this year I relied on the library to supplement my courses instead of buying the texts.

Ah, the library. I used them alot this year as well. Saved me money. Though, feel kinda bad for those that needed the book which I always had out. oops

the bookstore is a business. they are not funded by the college. nice try tho.

This bookstore is absolutely ripping us off… did you know that the publishers try to make deals with the teachers?
